I am teaching online in the RN-BSN program at NFC. I have 42 years experience in nursing with advanced practice specialty in Women's Health. I have 25 years experience in academia, the majority in baccalaureate nursing education.

I love to cook for my family and try out new recipes. My families favorites are shrimp & grits and sour cream pound cake. I love to arrange fresh cut flowers which in the spring and fall months have mostly have been gathered from our garden and yard. I cherish the time spent with my grandchildren as they have four very unique personalities. At the young ages of 4, 2 1/2, 1 1/2 and 4 months they love being outside which is a common theme in our family. We are blessed to have them living nearby. Our family attends The Orchard Community Church. When I have a moment to myself you will probably find me checking out local antique stores looking for something unique to add what I would consider the perfect touch to our home.
