Lisa Thompson is the Art Instructor and Gallery Director. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in the Visual Arts from the University of South Florida.

Soon after joining the faculty in 2005, Mrs. Thompson established NFC's Hardee Center for the Arts as well as the Public Art Program. She teaches a wide variety of art courses including Ceramics, Design, Drawing, Painting, and Special Topics.
