The Federal College Work-Study Program (FCWSP) is a federally funded employment program that helps eligible students earn money to pay for educational expenses through part-time work on the North Florida College campus.

Program Highlights

  • Work Hours: Qualifying students may work up to 15 hours per week, based on available funding
  • Eligibility Requirements:
    • Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA
    • Must maintain a 67% course completion rate
    • Must be Pell Grant eligible
    • Must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

ECMHSP is a federally funded child care center and offers super pay, federal benefits, and a sign-on bonus of $5,000. Teacher pay varies from $20 to $26, depending on your qualifications. 

ECMHSP is also beginning a pilot program for a 4-day work week. You would work 4 10-hour days and your day off during the week may vary. The school will be open M-F.
